Joshua 5:10, “And the children of Israel encamped in Gilgal, and kept the Passover on the fourteenth day of the month at even in the plains of Jericho.”
Today’s verse records that the nation of Israel, having reaffirmed their promise and commitment, now observed the Passover. That feast was all about remembering God’s provision and deliverance, as well as looking forward to the ultimate provision made by and through Christ.
